The company has worked closely with a number of energy units on the photovoltaic panel self-cleaning increase project, and has set up demonstration sites in Guangdong and Yunnan provinces, mainly demonstrating the reliability of the coating in complex and harsh environments such as heavy pollution, strong ultraviolet light, and little rain. Recently, the one-year demonstration was successfully completed, and the demonstration coating area was nearly 10,000 square meters, and the results were pleasing.

First, Guangdong demonstration site, focus on testing the high oil pollution environment, the results show that the installed coated photovoltaic panel, the power generation in 1 year than the uncoated panel on average more than 10%, and the coating will not be damaged by the high oil pollution environment, after 1 year of brushing still has good oil and dust resistance.Second, Yunnan demonstration site, focusing on the test of strong ultraviolet and low rain environment, the results show that: after half a year of brushing, the coating is still not affected by high altitude, dry, strong ultraviolet, the property is unchanged, the performance is still excellent, compared with the uncoated panel, the coated panel has less dust adhesion, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and significantly improved power generation.The photovoltaic panel used in the demonstration has been cleaned and coated since its launch last year, and has won honorary titles such as "Guangdong Famous High Quality Products" and "Zhuhai Innovative Products". At present, the coating area (including ordinary non-demonstration environment) has exceeded two million square meters.
