If the substrate is in a harsh environment such as high temperature, humidity, deep water and other environments for a long time, then the cleanliness of the base surface must reach at least Sa2.5 level.

2. Chemical treatment

  If there are signs of corrosion on the base surface, special treatment such as rust removal and salt removal must be carried out. Equipment can be used to detect the types and concentrations of soluble salts remaining on the base surface and take corresponding treatment measures. Because some biochemical corrosion is not visible to the naked eye, it is necessary to consciously emphasize the importance of chemical treatment.

3. Mechanical processing
